Bibury Court is a stylish boutique hotel in the Cotswolds tucked away from tourists in the charming village of Bibury. If you have guests coming from overseas this is a fantastic wedding venue to show off this beautiful part of Gloucestershire and kick back for a relaxing wedding weekend.
Andy and Clare have spent a lot of time in this area, but certainly aren’t local at present….coming from St Petersburg, Russia! Wedding planning was no doubt a little more of a head ache than for most, yet the day went really smoothly, and the weather for November was exceptional.
The logistics for their wedding day worked out really well with St Mary’s Church Bibury right on the doorstep, I only had a short commute (all of 2 mins) between bridal preps, the church ceremony and back to Bibury Court for wedding photos and the drinks reception.
Wedding veil over your face, or not over your face – that is the question?!
A classic wedding moment that always makes me smile. A brides curiosity to watch wedding guests arriving, yet not wanting to be seen!
The vintage style wedding decorations were excellent. Photos of many of the guests were displayed on this wooden stand and the table seating plan was arranged in this vintage suitcase with the use of books to hold the place markers in position.
Bibury church is literally just through the garden gate of Bibury Court. It couldn’t be closer and works really well for a wedding day.
This is such a beautiful moment between a bride and her dad just before they walk down the aisle.
Small pieces of confetti certainly get EVERYWHERE! Being in amongst the action I quite often find pieces in my clothes when I get back after a wedding!
