As far as good wedding dates go, September 3rd is most definitely one to lay claim on. Why, well this is my wedding anniversary and having obsessively checked the weather on this specific date over the past 8 years, I concluded one thing. In that time it’s only ever rained once on that date, and in general the weather has been amazing. So, if you’re deliberating about what date to set your wedding for, the first week of September is the one to go for!
I’ve been to Birtsmorton Court on many occasions before so know how the wedding days typically pan out. But for Keiren and Georgina’s wedding they had planned to have their speeches outdoors in the white garden, rather than the norm of during thier wedding breakfast. I love all aspects of a wedding day and to have speeches outside is a definite plus (loads of light, great options to move about for photography etc etc). However, what I hadn’t considered was how warm it was and the fact I’d bake out on the mid day sun – ahh well, sometime you win, sometimes you loose!
