Rococo Gardens

Rococo Gardens

Rococo Gardens is set in a hidden Cotswold valley, on the edge of the picturesque village of Painswick, in Gloucestershire. It’s showcase gardens have a flamboyant design dating back to the 18th century and offer breathtaking views out across the Cotswold countryside.

Wedding ceremonies take place in either the Eagle House, or Red House and are outdoor specific, so bring an umbrella if it rains! As a Gloucestershire wedding photographer I’ve photographed many local weddings, including a few weddings at Rococo Gardens, some of which can be seen on my website www.mattdavisphotography.co.uk.

The Daffodil

If you’re looking for a Gloucestershire wedding venue with a unique style, maybe someting of a glamorous vintage look, then The Daffodil is definitely a great place to start.

It caters for civil ceremonies and Partnerships with a capacity to hold up to 140 guests for the wedding reception. Fine dining and use of the cocktail bar are highlights you can’t miss.

This is however very much an indoor wedding venue. For wedding photos at The Daffodil, I’d recommend using the main entrance with its stunning checkered floor, or perhaps the nearby Montpellier Park, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

Cripps Stone Barn

The Stone Barn, is an relatively new wedding venue in Gloucestershire. It’s an isolated barn conversion suitable for large weddings, situated between Burford and Northleach. This venue is a traditional stone barn with attached dutch barns with split levels and an enormous barbecue. With views over the Cotswold Hills from the dining area, this really is a unique and rustic wedding venue. The venue can accommodate between 120 to 250 people with more capacity if you add a marquee.
