Calvin & Mandy’s wedding was held at Berkeley Castle in Gloucestershire, a venue I’m very familiar with, yet hadn’t visited since earlier in the year. Now a lot warmer (than back in January), surely there would be plenty of opportunities for outside photos, it is summer after all. Ah, there’s the hitch, despite a good run of weather, the forecast wasn’t looking epic, with a mix of rain and cloud set for the day.
Still, with plenty of beautiful indoor space, Berkeley Castle is one venue where the weather isn’t really an issue and Calvin & Mandy didn’t need to worry. Indeed an untimely rain shower did force us straight back inside after commencing the group photos, but acting swiftly they were in the bag just as guests ran for cover!
A top crew were on hand to make the day special, Sorori Design for flowers, Napier Catering providing wonderful food and styling by Lauren Grey.
